Low driving content
Those machines are mainly crushers, pavers and hydraulic excavators. They are characterized by little movements while handling great load. Additionally, excavators are usually exposed to many shifts of the balance point during work which requires rollers that endure high loads. Due to this all excavator roller axles come with extended diameter.
High driving content
Amongst others, bulldozers account for machines used for driving application on site. Due to proportional high speed in addition to a lot of driving during the application, those rollers have a thicker contact surface as well as a different axle and lubrication. For special needs rollers are manufactured in a heavy-duty version to resist great shifts of the load taken. This includes for example pavers or road milling machines.
